InfiniLYTE | Optimized Electrolyte Blend enhances hydration, supports recovery by boosting muscle glycogen and reducing fatigue, improves muscle performance and endurance, and supports cardiovascular health by influencing blood pressure and heart rhy
Why Should I Take Infinilyte?
Hydration is always something that is on our minds especially for those of us who like to explore the outdoors a lot. Due to this, we are no strangers to electrolytes and we’ve made ample use of many different electrolyte formulations on the market over the years. However, we quickly started to realize that most electrolytes on the market closely follow the WHO oral rehydration salts (ORS) formulation. The ORS formulation is designed to be effective in dire situations where a quick hit of life saving hydration is required at a very low cost. This ORS formulation is thus extremely important to humanity, but it clearly is also not optimized at enhancing hydration in the context of athletic performance. So with this in mind, we decided to make our own!
Fast forward about two years, and here we are, with an electrolyte formulation that we have optimized as much as possible to help with hydration in the context of athletic performance and daily desert living! It’s been quite a journey, but we think we’ve come up with one of the most comprehensive electrolyte supplements that also includes key trace minerals like zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, boron, chromium and iodine, which are all lost in sweat too. Additionally, we have also included all of the electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, bicarbonate and phosphate), many of which are surprisingly missed in quite a few electrolyte formulations! Additionally, Infinilyte also contains some ketones in the form of calcium BHB to help a bit with energy and recovery. So, if you are looking for intelligent hydration, then look no further than Infinilyte!
What is Infinilyte?
Infinilyte is one of the most advanced electrolyte supplements on the market, which contains all of the essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, bicarbonate and phosphate) in addition to a few key trace minerals (zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, boron, chromium and iodine) that are lost at an above average rate during intense exercise. Replenishing these electrolytes during and after exercise helps enhance hydration and fluid balance, which will be very helpful in the proper recovery from exercise!

Intelligent Hydration
One of the reasons it took us a long time to come out with our electrolyte, is because we needed to dig through A LOT of research. Electrolytes are often oversimplified and most electrolytes oftentimes just contain some sodium chloride. However, we lose a lot more than just sodium and chloride, and thus a proper rehydration strategy should look beyond just sodium chloride. We looked at an immense amount of data from the most extreme cases of steel workers that are exposed to 40 Celsius heat for 8+ hours a day, to more generally relatable activities such as moderate to intense exercise. Additionally, we looked at how different electrolytes interact with each other. For example, magnesium modulates the activity of the sodium-potassium pump which controls the balance of potassium and sodium inside and outside of our cells. This is part of the reason why our electrolyte contains an unusually high amount of magnesium at 100 mg of elemental magnesium. Additionally, potassium helps balance the effects of higher sodium doses, and thus we also included a higher than normal amount of potassium at 400 mg elemental potassium. A lot of electrolyte supplements also seem to miss some of the less conventional electrolytes, such as calcium, phosphate, bicarbonate and chloride. These are just as important as the other more common electrolytes such as sodium and potassium, so we paid special attention to including these electrolytes too!
We were also curious about the loss of trace minerals during exercise, and there is plenty of data showing that we also lose quite a bit of some essential trace minerals like zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, boron, chromium and iodine. These all have important effects on athletic performance and recovery from exercise. For example, we can lose quite a bit of selenium through our sweat which is an extremely important antioxidant which can help with muscle recovery after exercise. Thus, replenishing the selenium that is lost through exercise, could help enhance recovery from exercise due to selenium’s potent antioxidant effects!
